EFI kit for Acty MKI
This is a kit to switch your carbureted HA-3/4-HH-3/4 to fuel injection. During the development of this kit we have never had a truck not start even when we have had erroneous base settings. This has proven that it is ready to be sold for its number one purpose, curing any and all issues associated with the older carb models. This kit includes everything you need to switch to fuel injection associated with the engine bay. Other things you will need to make this kit work are a high pressure fuel pump such as the walbro 250 and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. We have designed this kit around the AMP microsquirt ECU which is now included in the price, along with being preprogrammed with a base tune. The harness provided has been expanded to a full plug and play harness requiring no splicing. The necessary oxygen sensor and controller are provided which will need an oxygen sensor bung added to the exhaust. Our headers can be added on which include the bung already installed.

Honda Acty Suspension Kit P-2
The P2 kit is the ultimate suspension rebuild kit for the Honda Acty at a discounted rate. This kit includes:
2 – Front struts (left and right)
2 – Rear shocks (left and right)
2 – 300 # front springs
4 – Strut rod bushings
These struts and shocks are only available at WILLpowered and slightly pressurized unlike the stock oil filled parts in your 25 year old truck or offered by others.
Honda Acty Brake Spacers
Honda Acty big brake kit spacers so you can install EG civic brakes or better. These custom WILLpowered spacers go behind the rotors to give proper clearance to the bigger calipers. Don’t be fooled by copy cats, these are CNC’d to the proper thickness and not just cut from sheet metal.
Standard kits come with 4 hex head screws which are longer to attach the rotors to the hub. Longer wheel studs are optional but the hub may need to be removed or the knuckle notched to swap in place. Bigger brakes require a minimum of 13″ rims.
*****UPDATE***** Longer studs are now 55mm total length with 45mm of threads.

Acty Exhaust Header
Here it is, the WILLpowered exhaust header for the Honda Acty EO7A 660cc engines. This will work for both trucks and vans. Dyno tested for 1-2 hp if the only modification performed but more can be expected if you had a clogged catalytic converter. If this is the only exhaust modification you do the exhaust sound is slightly more throaty without really being any louder.

AMP’d Microsquirt ECU
The AMP’d MicroSquirt adds higher current capacity injector drivers, higher current capacity on its optioisolated input, and 4 user configurable option switches that activate on-board pullup resistors for applications that use hall or optical style crank and cam sensors. They can also be used to re-purpose digital switch (ALED and WLED) outputs to become logic level ignition outputs for applications that require 3 or 4 ignition outputs without having to solder resistors into the ECU case or wiring.
MicroSquirt is an entry-level, fully assembled ECU with varied applications targeting power sports, single cylinder all the way up to 8 cylinders with up to 2 fuel and 4 spark outputs. Over 40 different ignition modes are supported from mainstream applications like GM LS1, Ford Zetec, Bosch Motronic, and Chrysler Gen III Hemis to unusual modes like Renix Jeep and the Suzuki Swift GTI.
We recommend using the AMP’d MicroSquirt over the regular MicroSquirt for these scenarios:
- When using 6 injectors in the 8-10 ohm range, or 8 or more injectors
- On 6 or 8 cylinder distributorless ignition applications (we make it easy to control these in wasted spark)
- 4 cylinder sequential coil on plug
- Fuel only installations triggered off the negative terminal of an ignition coil
- 2 high impedance injector outputs – max peak current increased to 19 amps
- 2 dedicated spark outputs
- 2 general purpose on/off outputs – can be repurposed as spark outputs with switchable pull ups
- 1 PWM IAC output – can be repurposed as general purpose output
- 1 dedicated fuel pump output

Honda Acty Suspension Kit P-1
WILLpowered Honda Acty Suspension kit Phase 1! The top 2 things we do to a truck when we get it besides basic maintenance and our shift kit is these two parts right here. Stiffer springs give about 3/4-1″ lift in the front which levels the truck paired with WILLpowered strut rod bushings. Strut rod bushings get rid of the death wobble at 50mph but also improve steering and eliminate that metal slap sound when going over small bumps.

WILLpowered glow face for Honda Acty
WILLpowered glow face gauges for the Honda Acty trucks and vans. These are overlays that attach with the same screws from the stock face. The gauges are set to MPH so you no longer have to convert the kmh while driving. Some twist in the face can be made to truly calibrate the speed after install but on our first try we had it within 1-2 mph and left it as is. For the tachometer face the temp and gas gauges are not lit but come with an adhesive backed piece for a matched look.
We have a new version called “No Tachometer Rounded” which is if your gas and temp gauges have rounded edges instead of a more straight down appearance. Please see pictures or call if you are not sure.
Please choose if you have a tachometer cluster or not. These will be plug and play using the dash clock harness so that the gauges will light up with your headlights. The harness will be slightly different if you have a clock already plugged in so please select if you do or don’t.
